About Me.

Hi, I’m Maddie — but most people call me Moo, a nickname I’ve had my whole life. That’s where Moo & Me Yoga comes from: it’s me, sharing yoga and mindfulness practices with you.

​

I first discovered yoga and mindfulness in my teens, during a time when I was struggling with anxiety and chronic illness. For the first time, I experienced what it felt like to quieten my mind, soften my body, and breathe into stillness. Those practices became tools I could carry with me—and I often wish I had found them even earlier.

That’s why I’m so passionate about teaching yoga today.

At Moo & Me Yoga, I offer a safe and nurturing space for teens and women to explore yoga and mindfulness in a way that feels supportive, personal, and free from comparison.

Every class is tailored to meet you where you are—physically, mentally, and emotionally—so you feel truly seen and cared for.

Moo & Me Classes

Life brings many demands—school pressures, work, family responsibilities, social expectations, and the constant pull of the online world. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or out of balance.

Moo & Me Yoga offers a supportive space to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself.

​

Together, we will explore yoga and mindfulness practices that nurture body, mind, and spirit—helping you find balance, build resilience, and carry a sense of calm into everyday life.

Certified by Your Yoga Flow with a total of 300 hours of yoga teacher training.

 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training (2022).

 100-hour Children’s Yoga Teacher Training (2025).

Awareness and experience of chronic health conditions such as chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, endometriosis, and painful periods.

​

First-Class Psychology Degree. 

&

Currently studying for my master's in integrative counselling and psychotherapy.
